Intelligent Workforce - IWF app for iPhone and iPad

Intelligent Workforce™ (iWF) for iOS from MWA Intelligence transforms your service technician’s iOS device into an elegant and effective instrument to review and transact with service calls. The iWF App is configurable to allow service management to define various levels of empowerment appropriate for each specific team. This results in consistent workflows that improve customer care and technician productivity, thereby maximizing your return on investment in communication technologies.

The iWF App provides technicians with service agility through real-time access to business-critical service information in both connected and disconnected modes. Using the iWF App, technicians can access equipment service history, volume information and toner levels. Integrated GPS tracking capability enables technicians to handle critical service calls with ease by locating the nearest required resource in real-time and displaying customer and resource locations in relation to open service calls. iWF quickly and accurately captures equipment serial numbers and part numbers by means of camera barcode scanning optimized to minimize energy consumption.

The iWF App prerequisites are:
-iPhone iOS 5
-MWAi Intelligent Service OMD version 4.3 update 20 or later
-MWAi iPhone training
